Solano Dog Parks

Solano County Dog Parks:

• Benicia: Adjacent to Benicia Community Park, off Community Park Drive, behind the far left parking lot.
• Dixon:
- Hall Memorial Park. East Mayes Street and Hall Park Drive. 916-678-7000.
- Northwest Park. 20 acre park. North Lincoln and West H Streets. 916-678-7000.
• Suisun City: Grizzly Island Wildlife Area. Open only between mid-January to March 1st, and July- early August. Interstate 80 to Highway 12, towards Rio Vista, turn on Grizzly Island Road, to Sunset Shopping Center for 10 miles. 707-425-3828.
• Vacaville Dog Parks:
- About three acres. Open dawn to dusk. Facilities include: free pickup bags and garbage cans; dog drinking fountains; double gate; nice chairs and tables.
- Directions: From Solano I-80 take the Pena Adobe exit. Pretty much keep driving straight through a few stop signs. At the $3 entry fee booth turn right and go about half a mile. The dog park will be very near on your right. You can't miss it.
• Vallejo Dog Parks:
- Wardlaw Dog Park: www.wardlawdogpark.com/
- Vallejo Dog Park. Two areas, one for small dogs, one for larger. Water available, plastic bags and trash cans for poop. On 1805 Ascot Parkway near Redwood parkway.
• Davis Dog Park – Yolo County: Toad Hollow Dog Park:

    Protect the environment and wild creatures. Keep your dog on leash. Dogs do great harm to our environment. Keep “Fido” on its leash in protected nature areas in Benicia Dixon Fairfield Rio Vista Suisun and Vacaville! Solano dog parks help socialize dogs to others. Don’t bring dangerous dog species.
